Justin Bieber under siege in Israel


LOS ANGELES: Justin Bieber did not receive much spiritual peace to its high-profile visit to Israel.

The Canadian teen idol bitterly complained Tuesday that paparazzi had ruined his visits to holy sites, saying on Twitter that he was super disappointed "by the intrusion.

His mood was not helped by a newspaper suggested that a meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has failed after the singer reportedly refused to meet with children invited to a region hit by enemy rockets.

Bieber camp denied he had snubbed the young or Netanyahu, saying that the meeting had never been finalized. In any case, Bieber had already invited the children of the region bordering the Gaza Strip were guests at his show in Tel Aviv on Thursday, a spokesman.

Israeli newspaper Haaretz said Netanyahu canceled the meeting before the Bieber refused to meet the children, but a government official was more cautious.
