Lady Gaga track goes Bollywood

MUMBAI: Lady Gaga Born This Way track was remixed Bollywood style.

This is not the first makeover for the "Poker Face" tune singer - who recently Gaga transformed into a country song, with partial proceeds going to the Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network - and this leads us to ask what should be in place for the next song. Reggae? Dubstep? Folk?

It's not as if Gaga is the star of the pop classic, so we should not be surprised that her song has been edited within an inch of his life.

The track - which includes melodic riffs courtesy of a sitar - has been remixed by Bollywood composer Salim Merchant and Sulaiman, who admitted they were nervous to work on a song level.

Desi Hits Sulaiman said: "It was the first track in 23 countries and remix it and give it a touch of India was something we were very aware."
