What a conundrum! Carol Vorderman can't figure out how to get into her car in super-tight pencil dress

It is a big fan of tight dresses pencil, saying they push and pull in just where they need it.

But sometimes it seems they may take Carol Vorderman too - judging by the pictures of the presenter struggling to get into his car in a white robe zip today.

The star of 50 years has tried various ways to enter the vehicle in an elegant and distinguished, but ended up having to lift the knee and rotate his way as the dress was too restrictive.

However, Vorderman managed to stay smiling throughout his predicament, smiling broadly for the photographers waiting before finally successfully navigate his way into the vehicle.

Earlier in the day, Vorderman tweeted fans warning them to expect a special outfit when she appeared this morning to the press review with comedian Iain Lee.

She writes: "Warning. This morning around 10:30, I'll review journals and is in danger of dressing my age! "
She added: "Re dressing my age. I'm 27 right? Just checking. Ha x '

And while Vorderman dress may have been a bit restrictive, it was incredibly flattering for her hourglass figure, drawing attention to all its best elements.

She explained: "When you're in your 20s and 30s we often think" I do not like this bit, I do not like this boy, I wish I could shave a few inches here.

"But when you're older you're just grateful for what flowers you have! For example, I learned that women spend much time worrying about cellulite, but men simply do not see it, especially as they become older and their vision is too!

"At that age, you do not beat yourself up over - what's the point? I'm happy in my skin, I am really happy and that's all that matters. "
