Will Kanimozhi go to jail? Court to decide her fate today
special Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) announced today the court will resume hearing on bail by the average MP Kanimozhi DMK, named co-conspirator in the case of 2G spectrum allocation. The court has Friday postponed the hearing to present its decision on the objection on bail. Furthermore Kanimozhi, daughter of Tamil Nadu chief minister M Karunanidhi and party in Kalaignar TV, the court will also take the decision on Saturday on ways to bail the other accused, Kalaignar TV chief Sharad Kumar, Balwant and Asif Rajiv Agarwal B Kusegaon Realty.
In his plea, Kanimozhi argued it had no "bad intentions".
His lawyer Ram Jethmalani argued that she had signed any document, nor attended any meetings of the board of Kalaignar TV.
He said the DMK chief was just a shareholder and he had nothing to do with the transfer of money into the company.
"My misfortune is that I am the daughter of an MP and Karunanidhi. I have a 20% share in Kalaignar TV. Show me a clear act of mine that relates to the offense, "said Jethmalani, arguing on behalf of the member of Rajya Sabha.
"The overt act committed by the company can not be attributed to a person who is a single shareholder and did not participate in any decision which indicates its complicity in the affair."
"I have not fled, nor affect the proof. I called me and I obeyed the orders of the court. I have no bad intentions and the security is my right. It must be granted," said Jethmalani.
Although the Jethmalani has submitted arguments in a courtroom crowded Kanimozhi kept his cool and calm.
All 14 enrolled in the leaves of the first charge and complementary to the CBI in the scam 2G were to appear in court Friday, but Karim Morani from Cineyug Films has obtained an exemption as he was admitted to Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai .

Raja Chandolia, Behura, Balwant Shahid, Asif Balwant, Agarwal, Goenka, Chandra Doshi, Nair and Pipara are currently in custody.
The case involves alleged irregularities in the allocation of airwaves to telecommunications operators, which caused huge losses to the national treasury.
