Katie Couric Quits 'CBS Evening News'
Rumors have been swirling for weeks about what Katie Couric will do when his contract with CBS expires this summer. Now, The Associated Press reported that it is the position to fill the hole in the programming companies Oprah talk show day.
According to AP, Couric will leave his role as anchor of "CBS Evening News" after nearly five years in employment. The AP says a network manager, who spoke on condition of anonymity because Couric does has not officially announced his plans, reported the move on Sunday night.
