Liz Taylor’s nude photo

Elizabeth Taylor Nude only known photograph, taken at the age of 24 years for her boyfriend Michael Todd, then was released by a private collector.

It was an engagement present to producer Todd Taylor, who was her third husband.

The photo was taken by one of his closest friends, actor and photographer Roddy McDowall. He convinced her to pose naked with the promise that it would be done tastefully.

She then gave as a gift to Todd after proposing in 1956 - the couple a few months later, but the relationship was tragically short.

Todd was killed 13 months after their marriage when his private plane crashed during a storm over New Mexico. A devastated Taylor is considered to have given the nude photography of his assistant and makeup artist Penny Taylor.

It was bought by a private collector, Jim Shaudis in 1980 and had been considered lost. But after his death from heart failure last week to 79 years, he decided to show the image of the public for the fans of the star, reports the Daily Mail.
