Email Provider Epsilon Responsible For Gigantic Security Breach
Epsilon, the largest permission-based worldwide e-mail marketing services company serving the users of TiVo and many others, reported a security breach on Friday, and the list of companies involved is constantly grow.
TiVo users had a rude awakening this morning to find the email address they had given to TiVo as part of their registration account has been compromised.
According SecurityWeek, Epsilon is currently the disclosure, even firms with more marketing lists via e-mail had been compromised. Noting the first problem with the grocery retailer Kroger, Epsilon continues to release company names have been affected by the breach. Here is a list compiled to date:
