Jackie Cooper Dies at 88

Jackie Cooper, actor Oscar-nominated child whose career included range from the "Our Gang"series of Superman movies, has died.
He was 88.
Cooper received an Oscar nomination 1931 for Skippy at the age of 9 years, still the youngest performer ever nominated for a leading role.

As an adult, Cooper won an Emmy Awards for his work directing series like "M * A * S * H * " and "The Glimmer Man."

He played Daily Planet editor Perry White in the perspective of Christopher Reeve Superman films
