SECOND "COWBOYS & ALIENS" TRAILER DEBUTS


Universal Pictures has released the second trailer for "Cowboys & Aliens," director Jon Favreau's adaptation of Platinum Studios graphic novel.

The film stars Daniel Craig as a stranger with no memory of his past who stumbles into the hard desert city of absolution. The only hint of its history is a mysterious shackle around his wrist. What he discovers is that people welcome foreign absolution, and nobody made a move in the streets unless ordered to do so by the iron fist Dolarhyde colonel (Harrison Ford). It is a city that lives in fear. But Absolution is about to experience fear can hardly understand that devastated the city is attacked by marauders from the sky. Screaming down with a breathtaking speed and blinding lights to remove the helplessness by these monsters any challenge, residents have never known. Now, they rejected abroad is their only hope of salvation. As the gunslinger slowly begins to remember who he is and where he was, he realizes he has a secret that could give the city a fighting chance against the foreign force. With the help of traveler elusive Ella (Olivia Wilde), he gathers a band composed of former opponents - bourgeois Dolarhyde and his boys, Apache warriors and bandits - all in danger of annihilation. United against a common enemy, they will prepare for an epic confrontation for survival.

"Cowboys & Aliens", which will be available July 29, 2011 Daniel Craig as features Jake Lonergan, Harrison Ford as Colonel Dolarhyde, Olivia Wilde as Ella and Sam Rockwell as Doc with a screenplay by Alex Kurtzman, Roberto Orci and Damon Lindelof.
