Shaq In Middle of Kidnapping, Robbery, Sex Tape Case

Shaquille O'Neal is involved in a criminal case in which 7 members of the gang was allegedly abducted, beaten and robbed a man who claimed to have a tape showing Shaq having sex with other women while he was married to Shaunie.

law enforcement sources tell Ladell Rowles - a gang member of Main Street Mafia Crips in Los Angeles who is friends with Shaq - and 6 other members have done a search and destroy mission in Los Angeles February 11, 2008. They believed a man named Robert Ross had the sex tape and they tried to retrieve it using a gun or two.

According to the police report, the 7 members of the gang met Ross at a convenience store - Pink Dot - on the Sunset Strip. The men allegedly surrounded Ross Rolls Royce Phantom, at gunpoint, Ross jumped into car and ordered him to go home Rowles in South Central Los Angeles

Once there, Rowles would pistol whipped Ross and demanded he turn over the sex tape. Ross said he would get the tape and bring it to them. The seven men were then taken Rolex Ross, chain and diamond earrings, with $ 15,000 in cash - pass Ross.

The seven men were arrested and charged with robbery, kidnapping and other crimes. They are currently the focus of a preliminary hearing and imprisoned.

Now here's the interesting backstory.

Ross told cops after his fall, he threatened to Shaq saying about the sex tape, threatening to release it unless Shaq released.

As for the band, Ross claims Shaq has brought together women from the home of Ross and had sex with them while he was married to Shaunie. Ross said Shaq a security camera "captures the action and everything was on the tape. But Ross said the security camera cops periodically recycles and video no longer exists.

And there's another twist. At the time Ross and Shaq had their falling out, Shaq and Shaunie separated from Ross says he began having an affair with her. Ross claims Shaq has hired a private detective to tail and IP Shaunie took the two together.
