Zsa Zsa 911 Call -- 'She's Going to Die!'

Zsa Zsa Gabor's husband placed a desperate call to 911 this month - told the operator he feared that his wife was "going to die" after a feeding tube was dislodged from his stomach.

Prince Frederic von Anhalt has made the call May 17 - told the operator ". ... It was my wife's womb is bleeding Please send a car right now, shes going to die."

Zsa Zsa 94-years old was taken to a nearby hospital for surgery of the stomach of emergency ... but she slipped into a coma following the operation.
