Spencer BLASTS Virgin Mobile -- 'Sparah' Is a Rip-Off!

Spencer Pratt is infuriated by Virgin Mobile. The new company cell usurp some celebrities "Sparah is blatant copy Speid ... and now he wants Virgin to start paying for using his image.

If you have not seen the ads ... Virgin Mobile's new campaign ad is built entirely around a couple of fake Hollywood called "Sparah" - a mashup of names and Sarah Spencer - and Pratt is upset he and Heidi have become the target of a national joke .. . without pay to prove it.

According to Spencer, Speid getting scammed - says: "They should be paying for the use of our resemblance, it is obvious they are telling us to be .."

Pratt does not stop there - adding he and Heidi "hatred" Sparah ... "It's crazy how much [Virgin] promotion, when they are obviously copying us."

Attempts to reach some celebrities Virgin failed - but we're guessing ... "Sparah no comment.
