Shredded: Sir Fred Goodwin's wife is grim-faced as her husband's alleged affair is made public


Unlike her husband's mistress, Lady Goodwin was no hiding behind anonymity.

He seemed tired and somber, Lady Joyce Goodwin cut a lonely figure as she was photographed leaving the £ 3.5 million family home in Edinburgh, where she is comforted by a close relative believed to be his mother.
