Kelsey Grammer Seeking Sole Physical Custody of Kids

Kelsey Grammar is fighting for physical custody of two children he has with his ex-wife Camille Grammar.

The "Frasier" star formally filed papers today in Los Angeles County Superior Court.

It requires joint legal - but only physically - the custody of children, currently living in Los Angeles with their mother. The actor is now in Chicago.

It would be ready to fight her challenge.

The programmers were divorced in February.

Kayte Walsh Kelsey married later this month.
