Prince Harry postpones Dubai polo trip amid Arab turmoil

LONDON: British Prince Harry has postponed planned visits to Dubai polo on March 19 amid growing unrest in the Arab world.

Harry's office in St James's Palace in London said on Friday that the prince felt it would be "sensitive for him to participate in sporting events when there are issues greater priority to focus on in the region."

St James's Palace said Sentebale Polo Cup has been scheduled to coincide with the royal visit had been canceled.

A wave of protests sweeping the Arab world has resulted in the expulsion of the old leaders in Tunisia and Egypt, and civil war in Libya. March 13 Bahrain Grand Prix was also canceled.
