Having tied their match with India and fell in Ireland and Bangladesh, a win to keep England afloat, even if Strauss and his men would move into the quarterfinals if other results Group B also encouraged.

Strauss and off-spinner Graeme Swann has recovered from a stomach bug to join the team looked jaded in the tournament.

West Indies, on the other hand, will be opened on fit-again Chris Gayle and shaped all-rounder Kieron Pollard for providing the firepower of striker who will lead them through the quarterfinals.

Captain Darren Sammy coach Ottis Gibson expects experience to work with Britain to provide the insider knowledge that is practiced in this contest.
