The actress has just adopted a little girl she named Eloise Joni after the end of her mother Joni, who died of cancer in 2007.
A representative of Richards confirms Gossip Cop, "Eloise Joni Richards is named after the mother of Denise (Joni), and Denise and her daughters Sami and Lola chose the name Eloise."
"Denise and Big Sisters of Eloise could not be happier and feel incredibly blessed," added the spokesman.
