Snook has been placed in custody in Florence, Italy on Monday after losing in a police car.
Snooki driving when she hit the police car, but sources linked to production, "Zero alcohol was involved."
We are told that nobody was hurt.
A witness tells his Snooki felt the back of the patrol car, wedging its way between the car and a wall of protection highway. The witness said Deena was in the passenger seat when the accident - and when she tried to exit the car, she had to go through the window because the door was blocked by the wall.
A source connected to the production said, although Snooki is in custody is not a formal arrest.
