BEIRUT (Reuters) - President Bashar al-Assad faces three months of demonstrations against his regime, said on Monday a national dialogue would start soon.
In a speech in Damascus, Assad also said he would ask the Department of Justice to study the expansion of a recent amnesty, but said it was important to differentiate between the "saboteurs" and people with legitimate claims.
