Miley Cyrus Fan Rushes Stage at Concert [VIDEO]

An overzealous fan of Miley Cyrus dodged security and rushed the stage during the concert the singer in Melbourne, Australia, last night.

The girl somehow leaped to the podium, where Cyrus sang "The Climb", and managed to put his arm around the star before adolescence security pounced on her.

Cyrus was visibly surprised by the incident, and was immediately ushered backstage by the bodyguard.
