Mattek-Sands is seeded at Wimbledon and dressed like Lady Gaga

Not only American tennis player Bethanie Mattek-Sands ahead of Venus Williams in the WTA rankings, she also managed to surpass the older sister Williams in terms of costumes outrageous.
