Britney Spears -- Not Competent to Take Oath

Britney Spears' lawyers trying to block his testimony in a trial of perfume, because they say it is not legally competent to give sworn testimony.

Brand Sense Partners continues Brit for $ 10 million, claiming she had an agreement with the company, but pulled out a double-cross, trying to cut a lucrative project with Elizabeth Arden.

Brand Sense wants to take the deposition of Britney, but Britney's lawyers have so far refused, on grounds Brit Trust and can not be forced to testify without the consent of the supervising attorneys.

No word on whether counsel Guardianship sign on Depo, but the brand is tired of waiting and is now asking the judge in the case of perfume for Britney to sit for the deposition.
