Prince Harry "emotional" speech leaves Kate in tears sincere speech to Prince Harry after receiving royal wedding on Friday night moved his new brother-sister Kate. While paying tribute to his brother 'The Dude and his new wife, Harry told his friends of the couple and the family he loved Kate "as a sister."


According to several guests, Kate "very emotional and touched" by the tribute that she even shed a tear during the evening's festivities, reports the Daily Mail.

Prince delivered his best speech of the man whom he had worked for the last fortnight, at 21.30, after 300 close family and friends of the couple have enjoyed a three course meal with vintage champagne.

Before the speech he asked his best friends Thomas and Guy Pelly Van Straubenzee a sounding board and is understood to have dropped a reference to the "killer legs Kate" in the final cut.

"Harry was a joke in the way he immediately gave the green light when William Kate first brought her home because she had such a great pair of pins, but he did not want to embarrass him," said a friend .

According to sources at the evening reception, the Prince's speech was "warm and affectionate" and sprinkled with good humor and jokes.

Harry described his brother's relationship with Kate as "inspirational."

"William has not an ounce of romance in his body before he met Kate, so I knew it was serious when William suddenly began to coo the phone to Kate," said Prince.
