Bethenny Getting Sued ... for $100 MILLION!!!

Bethenny Frankel reality superstar - creator of the margarita Skinnygirl - was sued for over $ 100 million allegedly cut his former management company of the biggest operation of its life.

Frankel's former management, talent, claims Bethenny signed with them back in 2008 ... with the hope of maximizing the potential of its line of cocktail Skinnygirl.

According to the lawsuit, obtained by The Hollywood Reporter claims raw talent, "[Bethenny] expressly represented that any agreement on the operation of the mark would Skinnygirl Cocktail commissionable under their management agreement."

RT claims that Frankel connected with some powerful people in the liquor biz .. Beth only days before their fire, it sold for $ Skinnygirl 120 million.
