Cheryl Cole is reportedly OUT to "The X Factor", to be replaced on the judging panel by Nicole Scherzinger, who was made co-host the program.Development has not been confirmed but is believed Cole strong British accent would be too difficult for Americans to understand.
Scherzinger will now join Paula Abdul, LA Reid and the biggest star of the series creator Simon Cowell, the fourth judge, according to TMZ.
