indian movie "Game"

MUMBAI: common game at a time when a different game, sticks and a ball is at its peak. You guessed it, the Cricket World Cup mania has gripped the entire country, with India against Pakistan for a clash against Sri Lanka in the final.

The film is about four people in difficulty from different parts of the world - casino owner Neil Menon (Abhishek Bachchan), a politician OP Ramsay (Boman Irani), actor Vikram Kapoor (Jimmy Shergill) and reporter Tisha Khanna (Shahana Goswami). All receive personalized invitations handwritten by billionaire Kabir Malhotra (Aupam Kher), offering them a helping hand if they come to his private island of Samos in Greece. Get easily convinced and without losing much time, each of them to reach the tropical island, only to discover they were misled. It turns out they are all responsible in one way or the other, death of daughter Maya Kabir (Sarah Jane Dias), three years ago. Before Kabir can avenge the death of his daughter, he was found dead in what looks like a suicide. Detective Sia Agnihotri (Kangna Ranaut) feels otherwise, and asked the visitor in four, holding them for murder suspects.

The first rule of a thriller is that it must be succinct. Debutant director Abhinay Deo he breaks into song with some hearty and relevance of subplots that add no value. The first half is a brake, and the story does not move much. At one point a character says: I can not take this nonsense over. You know what, as a spectator, you have exactly the same feeling.

The story picks up in the second half which has some twists artfully done. But they are far from raising the overall impact. Too much emphasis is made on the appearance of the film, but the plot is not exciting enough. If you pay attention to detail, chances are you know the path of waiting until it is revealed.

Some scenes defy time and logic, as history has Vikram in a film magazine minutes after it has actually made the confession. Discuss updates in real time! Amitabh Shukla edition needed to be much tighter. Kartik Vijay film is thin. Shankar Ehsaan Loy's music is below the mark.
