Bob Schieffer appeared Wednesday night on "The CBS Evening News" and responded to Trump's latest salvo against President Barack Obama, who suggested the Trump Prez did not have the grades to enter Harvard Law School.
Schieffer said: "It's just code for saying he entered law school because he is black. It is an ugly strain of racism that is running through this whole thing. "
Earlier in the day, Trump said, "I have friends who are smart son with great brands, great boards, all that great and they can not get into Harvard. We do not know a thing about this guy. There are many questions that remained unanswered about our president. "
