Stacey Dash covers the latest issue of Heart & Soul. With three marriages, six children and two commitments, it is clear that it is a beautiful woman, but within 45 years talks about it if he views this way and if she feels it is a disadvantage.
On Posing for Playboy at age 40
I felt very proud of my body, and it was a very liberating experience. The photographer took me a beautiful way. I am very proud of these images.
You see yourself as a beautiful woman?
Of course, I see all my physical self and I take care of me and I do what I can to live a healthy life. When I look in the mirror, I look at it. Am I healthy? Do I feel good? How does my heart feel today? How does my mind feel today? This does not mean that I am not on my makeup or brushing my hair (laughs). Do I do these things, but these are not things that make me feel beautiful.
So what makes you beautiful?
When I myself was the best and I give the best of myself to those around me. If I experience the love of my life with my children, my family and my friends, is what makes me feel beautiful. Beauty is something that come and go. It will not last.
But beauty does not have its advantages in the way people react to you and treat you.
I do not think in those terms. I really do not. I do not walk into a room and think I'm beautiful, I have an advantage. I also do not walk into a room and think that I am not so beautiful, I'm at a disadvantage. I do not think anyone should ever do and if they do, they must work. This should not be an advantage or a disadvantage. Know who you are inside and what you have to give the world.
