TRIPOLI: Rebels anti-Qaddafi in Libya acknowledged that government forces have taken over parts of the western city of Misurata.
The campaign to enforce a no fly zone on Libya is now led by NATO. Russia critical for this operation goes beyond the UN mandate for it and to cause many civilian casualties in Libya. (Online)
