She rejected a last-minute harsh competition from the bottom of the latest internet sensation Pippa Middleton. But the Duchess of Cambridge little sister could not match the curve va-va-voom television presenter Carol Vorderman when he came on the back of the Year.
The 50-year-old who regularly exhibits her shapely buttocks off in slinky dresses, was named recipient of this year's annual celebration of funds.
The organizers of the award said Miss Vorderman received a "deluge" of the vote after his fabulous figure has become the envy of many middle-aged women.
She was appointed back in 2011 alongside male winner, Strictly Come Dancing Anton Du Beke professional.
Vorderman said: "I am really surprised and flattered to get this award, especially at this stage of my life.
"I always thought there were many people who were happy to see the back of me, so this proved to be very funny indeed."
Vorderman's acceptance of the title comes after weeks of speculation Miss Middleton receive this honor.
Pippa has been catapulted into the limelight at the wedding of his sister Kate Prince William, in April, after a turn as a sexy bridesmaid dress in a white Alexander McQueen cowl neck.
But the organizer Tony Edwards said Pippa and her figure was not even on the radar most popular in the voting began months ago.
He said: "There was a lot of votes for her during the period after the royal wedding, but he was less than six weeks from yesterday to today and many other stars had much time to really go voice.
"There is no doubt that Carol Vorderman has got many, many more votes.
