Lauren Alaina Performing on ‘Idol’ Finale Despite Losing Voice Earlier

It looked like Lauren Alaina would have to give tonight "American Idol" finals after losing his voice.

The finalists had problems singing during rehearsals this afternoon, leading to the "real possibility" it would not be able to compete tonight.

A doctor on the set of the show Alaina ordered not to sing or speak before the show.

But it has now reached the stage and compete against Scotty McCreery for Voice of America.
