Kate and Pippa Middleton Bikini Photos Draw Family Complaints

Middleton's family contacted the Press Complaints Commission after two tabloids printed pictures of the Duchess of Cambridge and her sister Pippa Middleton in a bikini.

The images show the sisters and mother Carole Middleton swim and sunbathe on a yacht near Ibiza in 2006.

According to Middleton, the publication of photos "violates the code from the CPC family on vacation was" a reasonable expectation of privacy "on the private boat.

Originally taken by a photo agency, the shots were printed in invasive the Mail on Sunday and the New World.

The document later advertised its history as "topless pictures of Pippa Middleton", as it can be seen removing his top in at least once.

Both documents have removed the photos from their websites, although the tabloids and photo agencies could be argued that the family was fair because the pictures were already published five years ago and were therefore in the public domain.

Ten days after the marriage of the former Kate Middleton Prince William, the family tried to establish the limits of privacy for members, including Pippa and brother James Middleton.

One batch of photos showing James and Pippa private party and the bare skin has circulated among sites in the United States, although British tabloids have decided not to publish them.
