Arnold Schwarzenegger's Secret Child: Did He Break Up Housekeeper's Marriage?

Arnold Schwarzenegger's household worker Mildred Patricia Baena separated from her husband just days after giving birth to a child who multiple reports say was Schwarzenegger's baby, according to court documents.

When Baena did file for divorce from Rogelio de Jesus Baena in 2008 in Los Angeles, she did not list him as the baby's father.

"There are no minor children," the papers say.

This contradicts a birth certificate, obtained by PEOPLE, which identifies Rogelio as the father.

Neither nor Rogelio Mildred commented since the shocking confirmation Tuesday by Schwarzenegger that he fathered a child with a woman he did not identify. Schwarzenegger and wife Maria Shriver have separated.

Mildred Baena has filed for divorce in February 2008 while she was still working for Schwarzenegger as a housekeeper and his assistant while he was governor of California.

Petition the Superior Court said she was married November 14, 1987, and separated on October 23, 1997. His son was born Oct. 2, 1997, as the birth certificate.

She filed for divorce herself without the help of a lawyer. Much of the petition is completed by hand. It gives the reason for breaking standard in California - irreconcilable differences.

No further details are contained in the petition, including a more detailed reason for the split or why 11 years transpired from the initial separation in 1997 to filing for divorce in 2008. It seems that divorce is still pending.

This was the second marriage for Baena. Her first ended in divorce in 1985. She and her husband have two children, a son, a daughter aged 30 and 27 years.
