Paris Hilton’s Boyfriend Cy Waits Attacked Outside Courthouse

Paris Hilton's boyfriend Cy Waits was attacked this afternoon by a man outside the courthouse in Van Nuys, California, Gossip Cop confirms.

The suspect, James Rainford, would have thrown on him and that Waits Hilton walked into a hearing where the socialite was scheduled to testify against another man - Nathan Lee Parada - who reportedly entered the house with a knife Hilton in August 2010.

Rainford himself was arrested in October after biking on the property of Hilton and have a meeting with his security team.

This afternoon, he hit Waits in the back of the head before being restrained by a bodyguard and placed in custody.

Hilton tweeted about the incident to her mother Kathy, saying: "It's just another psycho intrusion Cy punched in the back of the head as we walked into the courthouse. If scary!"
