Non-bailable warrant of Musharraf issued in Benazir Murder case

Rawalpindi: Counter-Terrorism Court (ATC) Rawalpindi released, not bailable-warrant for the arrest of former president General Musharraf Pervaz (retired) in the case of assassination of Benazir Bhutto

ATC-III Judge Rana Nisar issued an order for hearing in Adiala prison.

FIA submitted an interim charge of the case when the statements of the former DG National Crisis Cell and IB chief were recorded and Musharraf was declared nominated accused.
