Hugh Hefner is the latest victim of a hoax death sick.
Rumors of the demise of the founder of Playboy broadcast on Twitter and Facebook, like many other false reports into the deaths of celebrities.
This is 100% false.
Hefner is alive and well.
"Rumors of my death are, as Mark Twain observed in a similar situation, greatly exaggerated," tweeted Hef. "I am alive and kicking."
In fact, it's pretty good.
"I am lying in bed next to Shera with a big smile on my face, reading tweets on my unexpected death," Hefner wrote.
