Actor Robert Pattinson, who found fame as a vampire in the Twilight series, said he pretended he knew the British royal family when he went to Hollywood for the first time.
The 24-year-old born and raised in London, admitted his motive behind the lie was to find work, reports thesun.c

"I do not think I've ever met. I used to tell people when I arrived in the U.S., I did. They believed me! Five or six years ago when I first used to come to Los Angeles there were not many Englishmen, now there's a million people still believe me, "said Robert Pattinson.
