Strong 6.1 quake hits south of stricken Japan nuclear plant

OSAKA: A strong 6.1-magnitude earthquake rocked Japan's Ibaraki prefecture south of the plant in Fukushima nuclear strike, the country's meteorological agency said, but no tsunami warning has been issued. (AFP)
