Britney sued for $10 mn over fragrance deal



A company marketing the brand continued Britney Spears more than $ 10 million claiming they were cut from a contract for online perfume of the singer. Brand Sense Partners LLC has sued the singer and her father

Los Angeles on Wednesday, saying the pair had renegotiated a deal with the cosmetics company royalties.

The agreement was first perfume in 2004.

An e-mail to Spears' publicist, Jeff Raymond, was not immediately returned.

The father of Britney Spears, Jamie Spears, control the financial affairs of his daughter with a lawyer under a guardianship ordered by a tribunal established in 2008.
